Day - 1 : Guwahati

Pick up from the Guwahati Airport and drive to the city. On reaching the city check in to your hotel. Night, stay in Guwahati.

Day - 2 : Guwahati - Shillong

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Shillong which is capital of Meghalaya- the abode of clouds. You can have a midway halt at Umium Lake. On reaching Shillong visit Wards Lake and Lady Hydri Park. If time permits visit the famous Don Bosco Museum and Butterfly Museum (Both closed on Sundays). Enjoy the pleasant evening in Shillong. Night, stay in Shillong.

Day - 3 : Shillong - Mawphlang - Shillong

After breakfast visit the Shillong Peak and Elephant Falls. Later visit the Mawphlang Falls and the famous Mawphlang Sacred Forest/ Grove. Drive back to Shillong. Spent the rest of the evening in leisure or you can go for shopping in Police Bazaar. Night, stay in Shillong.

Day - 4 : Shillong - Dawki - Mawlynnong

After breakfast drive to Dawki, here you can enjoy boating in the crystal clear river Umngot and visit the Indo-Bangladesh border. Later drive to Mawlynnong (Asia’s cleanest village).You can also visit Living root bridge Balancing Rock and Sky View Point. Check in to Areca Cottages. Night, stay in Mawlynnong.

Day - 5 : Mawlynnong - Cherrapunjee

After breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee – this is a very scenic drive enabling one to see the cloud covered hills and the deep gorges. At Cherrapunjee visit the limestone caves and the waterfalls. You can visit Arwah Caves, Nokalikai Falls, Mawsmai Caves, Eco Park, and Nongsngithiang Falls. Later check in to your hotel. Night, stay in Cherrapunjee.

Day - 6 : Cherrapunjee Trek to Double Decker Bridge

After breakfast trek to the Double Decker Living Root Bridge and Natural Swimming Pool Trek. You need to climb up and down 3500+ stairs both ways. It is suggested to trek if your kids can walk so long as cars do not reach this place. Spent the entire day trekking. Evening return to your hotel. Night, stay in Cherrapunjee.

Day - 7 : Cherrapunjee – Mawsynram - Guwahati

After breakfast drive to Mawsynram it is known for the Giant Stalagmite formation shaped into a "Shivalinga" and found inside a cave known locally as 'Mawjymbuin'. A unique geological formation called "Symper Rock”. Drive back to Guwahati. On reaching Guwahati check in to the hotel. Night stay in Guwahati

Day - 8 : Guwahati Airport Drop

After early breakfast visit KAMAKHYA TEMPLE on the Nilachal hills. It is suggested that a special entry pass for the temple is obtained prior to the visit to avoid waiting time. (Opens by 7 am). Later drop off at Guwahati Airport for your onward destination.
