After completing the necessary immigration formalities at the border, proceed to check in at your hotel.     Our 7-day Eastern Bhutan journey was absolutely magical! Visiting Chorten Kora was deeply spiritual - we circled the wish-fulfilling stupa and felt such peace. The stay at Lingkhar Lodge in Trashigang was wonderful with warm Bhutanese hospitality. Our guide was knowledgeable about the dzongs and monasteries. The drive from Samdrup Jongkhar through the mountains was breathtaking. Highly recommend this offbeat Bhutan experience!

    Perfect cultural immersion in Eastern Bhutan! The Zorig Chusum arts institute in Trashi Yangtse was fascinating - watching artisans create traditional crafts. Trashigang Dzong's architecture is stunning. The easy trek to Dechen Phodrang Ney and village interactions gave authentic insights into rural Bhutanese life. Norbu Khangsar Resort was comfortable. At Rs. 26,999, this is excellent value for a unique Bhutan experience away from tourist crowds.

    Absolutely loved exploring Eastern Bhutan's hidden gems! Gom Kora Lhakhang near the river was serene. The Buddha Park with its stunning statues was a highlight. Karmaling Hotel in Trashi Yangtse had cozy rooms and great views. The border crossing from Guwahati was smooth. Our driver was skilled navigating the mountain roads. Only minor issue was limited food variety, but the Bhutanese dishes were delicious. Definitely worth the journey!
